Hello, I have the following problem , when searching for channels on astra 23,5 it always stops at 57%. When pushing on exit it returns to the main search screen so the DM8000 is not blocked but is just stuck at 57% , i have tried it serveral times always the same situation : ASTRA3/Thor-2 (23.5E) DVB-S2 QPSK 12032H/0/9/10 Searching - 57% Done. 97 channels found. Hello, I have the 3.3.1 version of Newnigma2.to on my dreambox DM 8000. When i copy the recordings to a folder on the PC and playing them thru windows media player (Windows 7 version 11) it is not possible to fast forward. What can i do to resolve this. Sometimes it is needed to forward wich is not working , the time indication bar keeps left when trying to get it further to the right it comes back left. Thanks Best regards Didier

Hello, After the update to the latest version 3.3.1 (?) the hard disk is not found anymore. I have notices this because the recording that was planned didnt start. Wen checking hard disk in the settings menu there is: Sata Hard dIsk - No mountpoint defined ! Is everything lost that was on the disk ? Is there a solution or do i need to reformat is from 0. When cheking thru DCC - FTP , i dont see my hdd folder . Thanks Best regards Didier

No just original DM 8000 with Newnigma 3.2.? hard disk 1TB isntalled. Have done upgrade to 3.3 now maybe stupid problem will be solved. Any other suggestions instead of 'Clonebox' ? Thanks br Didier

Hello, Since a few weeks i have a problem to view recordings that are recorded thru the timer. The recording is in the list when clicking on PVR but when starting the recording it is not starting. Directly there is a window to ask if i want to stop or delete the recording the same windows when a recording is full viewed. In the PVR list , there is also no total time listed on the recording. I am sure dat the dreambox has started the recording because of the blue powerled that is set fro blinking…

Hello, Since i have installed the 3.2.2 version i have sometimes a black screen when setting the dreambox from stanby to on after a while. Sometimes when the dreambox is shut off in the evening and put back on the next day there is only a black screen and is responding to nothing. Hello, I have done a update to 3.1.2 this directly from the dreambox so i came from 3.1.1. A few hours after the update the box was blocked. The only solution was power off and on again. Now it is not possiblem anymore to get it started. the yellow bar in the display stays at +-40%? On the screen of the TV there is the standard startup screen . But this is locked again. ALready tried to power of and on again. Same result. Any ideas before i reprogram it with from the PC. Before 3.1.1 the system …

Hello, Maybe a stupid question. On my DM8000 Since i have installed 3.1, when i am on a channel only a horzontal line wich indicates the time of the current program is visible on the display on the dm8000 No channel name is visible , also no clock is vivible when dreambox is in standby. I have searched the menu's but didnt find the settings to change the front display What can be wrong ? thanks Didier

Hello, I have this on the ASTRA SAT 19.2 and 23.5 It was ok until i changed the firmware to 3.1 before there was 3.02 I have now updates satelites.xml, i have selected on the website the sattelites for europe and the downloade file is now in tuxbox This is not solving the problem. I have done a factory default reset on the DM8000 , searched for all channels and have recreated the bouquet . Now the problem is gone. Dont know what was the problem. thanks best regards Didier

Hello, Thanks for answering. I have already done this before, i did a automatic channel search without deleting all off the channels before search. This was not helping so i have done automatic search again with the option delete all channels before search set to YES. This is also not solving the problem . A lot of channeld in my Bouquet are N/A. is it possible that not all the channels-Transponders are found by the autosearch. before 3.1 i didnt had this problem. Dont know where to look for. if…

Hello, I have upgraded my DM8000 to ver 3.1. After the update i have set my Bouquet back with dreamboxedit 3.0. When i go to my Bouquet a lot of channels have no name anymore there is N/A instead of the channel name. When i select the N/A channel the right channel is coming up . It is only the name in the list that is not right. What can i do to resolve this ? Thanks Didier
