hi all over the past week my dm8000 hangs up and all communication with the box is impossible. the remote controll does not work, telnet does not react and also webif is unreachable. the channel being viewed continues to show if it is fta. i have to power off the box and restart. after a few hours it happen again. version 3.12 was installed since it came out, nothing else has changed. i reinstalled the image but the same problem exists. i downloaded any system updates but the problem is still th…

the same problem is in version 3.2 after doing a clean image install of the latest 3.2 I adding emu cccam_2.1.1/newcs_1.65 both cccam and newcs startup and the jobs are visible with ps ax but within 1 minute the newcs emc has go and no jobs are visible. is no one using cccam/newcs on dm800se???? is there no one who can offer any help??

A recent installation with the last newnigma and openvpn on my dm500HD only allows a telnet connection via the tunneled ip address. a telnet connection via the local ip is not possible while openvpn is running!!! When I turn openvpn off then I can connect via the local ip address. Once I re-active the openvpn then only the tunneled ip is avaiable for telnet connection!! This is not the case on my dm8000 and dm800se does anyone know why this is happening??

I have dm800se and dm8000 both with the latest version installed. now newcs/cccam is not working. the newcs turns OFF after 1 minute of starting. this happens on both machines!! I have reinstalled and reinstalled but not difference! NEWCS JUST STOPS!! something is wrong

both emu's were downloaded from within the image direct to the dm. both emu's start with EMUNAME="some emu name" and do not start with >/dev/null & at the end

I have a DM800se latest software after installing a second cam the system soes not give me the choice of cams!! normally after installing a second cam it should give you a coice of cam - now it doesn't also when choosing the menu option to select cam choice, no cams appear. this must be a bug i have tried reinstalling everything again but the same error occurs

I finally got my OpenVpn working in combination with 'ebox' VPN-server. unfortunately I do not know how to make a start/stop plugin on my dm800!! I can start it with: /etc/init.d/openvpn start and stop it with: /etc/init.d/openvpn stop and even restart it with the 'restart' option. Can someone offer any help to make a plugin so that these options are available from the plugin menu??

I'm running the latest 2.8 newnigma2 on my DM800 & DM8000 with cccam 2.1.3 both Cyfra+ and Telesat will not decode. I tried the gemini image on both machines also with cccam 2.1.3 and believe it or not both Cyfra+ and Telesat DO decode. I reverted back to newnigma but again the 2 providers do not decode!!!! What can be the problem?? any suggestion, because I like the newnigma2 image much more than others.

has anyone successfully installed a dm80000 with a motor? what settings did you use for the power to the motor? on a short coax cable of 10 meters 40 Ah is sufficient but when using a longer coax cable the motor just returns to it ZERO position and will not budge to any sat position. does anyone have any idea what i need to do?
