Is it possible to set the default volume to max? I modified remote control to control only TV.

Hi to all! I installed 3.2 in my 7025 and it works very well, also with tvsat and mediaset premium card, but when I try to install any plugins, after rtestarting, green window appear and it's neccessary to reinstall the complete image (see crashlog atteched). Could someone explain to me how to solve this problem? Another question: It's possible to set the volume so, after restarting it stay at the maximum level or at the last level setted? Thanks
