    I have this problem on 7025+ and 2.8.4. Picons are located on flash (/picon/). Location of skin picons is set as "internal flash" in Expert Menu. This setting is lost (changed back to "off") on enigma2 restart and the picons are not showing anymore. If you visit Expert Menu again after restart (you don't have to make any changes in the menu, just open and close it), the setting is "refreshed" back to "internal flash" and picons are working again.
