Hi Masters of Newnigma, the most recent update wasn’t working properly on my Dm7020Hdv2. After an update and some recording timers, it was placed to deep sleep mode by the last recording timer. The next day, it could not wakeup to run properly. I also tried flashing with 12thJuly and then the 5th July image but was not good too. Please help Thank you

Hi Everyone, since my Dm7020Hdv2 freezes previously, it is not reading the internal harddisk (hdd) as empty. When I off the electric supply and switch-on at a much later time, the data in the hdd came back. This happen in the midway of the 1st daily timer recordings. It has no plugin install except Enhanced Movie Center. This is very important to me and my family because all the timer recordings are all series shows. Please help

Hi Everyone, I had a Dm7020Hdv2 with Newnigma image and have no plugin. Yesterday, the box freezes during recording and there is no other usage or playback during that time. I had experienced this freezing a few times now and it seems to happened when there is an update to Newnigma image. After doing the update, everything works fine again. Can I stop this freezing by turning off the update notification? If turning off the update notification will not solve this freezing, can I program a command…

Hi Fred Bogus Trumper, thank you for the advice and quick reply. My problem may not be in the booting process and I suspect it is during operation (in idle mode). Will this bootlog show the fault? It seem rather complicated, is there another easier method? Best Regards

Hi Everyone, the recent Newnigma image seem not putting my Dm7020Hdv2 to full standby mode. In my last daily timer I have set to standby which end at 0020hrs. When I wake up in the morning, I notice on the top of the Stb, blue & red lights are lighted (in past experiences, this happen when Stb freeze or hang) and the root/harddisk is still connected to the network. The only sign showing it is in standby mode is the front display that is totally off. Please help. Thanks very much
