Thank you for your suggestion - however as I do not have a hard disk I cannot really use it. As I am running other files with ease over network (e.g. mpg), I don't think it is a network issue. Thank you anyway

Hi to all. I tried to search for this but no succes. I have some mp4 high definition files I would like to stream from my PC to DM800. I use media player. When I press play, the movie starts for a split of a second (I see the first couple of frames), and the the screen blanks out, while DM becomes totally unresponsive, so I have to reset it! Is there a way of viewing such files via streaming? (HD mp4s)? Thank you in advance for your help

Hello to all. As I am very new to Newnigma(coming from Gemini), I have trouble mounting my pc's drive to dm800. I have a shared directory on my pc (/db) where I have succesfully mounted via gemini in the past. Can someone give me some insight? The process I follow is: I go to mountmanager and put: my pc's network ip: 192.168.1.12 my pc's directory /db the username and password ...but I am not sure about the rest What do I do wrong?
