How do I change the green quickbutton for short press, not long press?

I want it to start the dream explorer plugin so i can start movies easily from my connected hard drive?

Is there some kind of addon/plugin that can reconfigure the buttons?

Can you help me on how I should modify this keymap.xml file? It's not so easy to understand that file.

I only want to configure a button to do as I want to do - for example start a plugin.

On other image i c v s there is built in function for this, so I can reconfigure all buttons. I wish I knew the name of that plugin, and if it was downloadable from somewhere. Thats the only thing I miss from that image.
