Hello friends i recently reflash my dm800se with the latest newnigma v3.2.1

My question is if i succesfull mount a usb flash and i want to place picons in these usb what is the default location for usb picons...and from the osd settings generaly i have to show the same path that is autofs.......e.t.c or simple choise the name of my usb?

Also can i save the xtml import epg in an usb?...in the same usb that already mount for picons?....should i use another usb since dm800se have two usb ports ore no matter what i have to save it in hdd?...i would prefer if i can avoid save in hdd so hdd dont spin all the time!

Sorry, ich antworte dir mal in Deutsch.

Wie man Picons installiert ist in unseren FAQ's beschrieben, die Einstellungen in den OSD-Settings werden dabei automatisch vorgenommen.

Die Picons müssen eigentlich nur installiert werden, danach wird man nach einem Neustart gefragt und danach sollten die Picons auch angezeigt werden.

Du kannst den USB-Stick natürlich auch für anderen Dinge nutzen, ob man für das xmltv-plugin einen Speicherort wählen kann entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis .

Jedenfalls stellt man in den OSD-Settings immer ein Laufwerk ein und auf dem Laufwerk müssen dann die entsprechenden Unterverzeichnisse vorhanden sein.

Well i see the documentations...i mount a usb then i change the epg settings location to autofs/xxx then i go to xtml import plugin and i manual download from sources but instend of saving the epg.dat in usb it save it in media/hdd even if before i change the location!!!...is that normal?....thanks!

I have a dm800se with a hard disk succesfull mounted on it 2 usb keys one of 4gb & one of 8gb...what is the best way to work xtmltv import and in what location to save the epg ...so i avoid crashes of the past and messages saying not enough memory e.t.c...thanks
