configsaver in newnigma snapshot

      Hi

      I has been running Newnigma2 3.3.1 for some time
      Yesterday I backed up my settings using the "configuration saver" (saved them on the HD) and installed latest snapshot ( newnigma2-snapshot-dm7020hd-20120305020704.nfi )

      I then restored my settings which I just saved using 3.3.1.. The settings are indeed restored, but the configuration saver stopped working.

      If I now do "[blue button] -> newnigma2 services -> System Tools -> configuration saver" I get the following error:
      "No device for saving/restoring available!!"

      So I am no longer able to access the menu for the configuration saver.
      Any clues how to fix this?

      If I in the main menu selects "Restore to factory settings", the configuration saver starts working again ( but then I loose all my settings again.....)

    • The backup is stored on the HDD. No USB sticks are attached to the box

      If I go to "menu -> settings -> system -> Storage devices" the HDD appears as green
      And the drive is indeed mounted. (recordings are available on PVR nad and the config I restored is still available :

    • One note though...

      If I go to ""[blue button] -> newnigma2 services -> System Tools -> Devicemanager" I get "No device found..."

      However, I am not sure if this device manager is only meant to list USB devices ?

      I have also tried to revert to config saver shipped in stable:
      enigma2-plugin-newnigma2-configsaver_1.0svn20111115-r1_dm7020hd.ipk

      and from yesterday's snapshot on feed.newnigma2.to
      enigma2-plugin-newnigma2-configsaver_1.0svn20120315-r0_dm7020hd.ipk

      They both behave in the same way
