i moved next to vietnam and i dont want lose my German TV

My Dreambox from here with NewNigma2 come with me and i have a Bandwidth here from 150 Mbits Down and 20 Mbits Up ...

I think the upload Speed is enough for TV Streaming. In Vietnam stay the Connection then via VPN to Austria. Now i think what is better?
