Sudden change after portforwarding

    • Sudden change after portforwarding

      Hi,

I have a DM800 SE, which is connected to a motorized dish and currently I'm retrieving signals from 4 different sattelites. Yesterday I opened port 82 and 8001 in my router to be able to login to the webinterface through a public IP which works fine. But now when zapping between channels and the motorized dish has to change position (turn to another sattelite), the picture freezez, and the only solution is to swicth off the Dreambox with the help of the On/Off button on the back of the dreambox, and then turn it on again and reselect the channel, and then it appears. I don't know why this happens and can't find a solution or an explanation to say "That's why". Hope some of you guys are able to help.

In my opinion the webinterface shouldn't have any affect on this issue, but correct me if I'm wrong.
    • Das Webinterface sollte damit nicht zu tun haben.
Allerdings hast du auch den 8001er Port geöffnet der für das streaming zuständig ist.
Das einzige das ich mir vorstellen kann ist dass per stream ein Sender geöffnet wird.

My german is not the best but if understand you correctly, you are pointing on port 8001 and asking if it is open. I wrote in the beginning og ny post that Iv'e portforwarded 82 and 8001 so yes it is. Meanwhile I found out if I restart the Ccamd the channels come alive. I suspect this issue happens when I 'Toggel Stand-by' on the webinterface instead of using the remotecontrol.
