Meine 800se läuft ohne Flodder mit dem Lean Image richtig gut, man muss sich halt nur ein wenig einschränken.

Ich habe USB Stick formatiert in ext4
- flodder-boottool_0.2.0_all.ipk nach /tmp kopiert und per Telnet
opkg update
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
installieren.
Box neu gestartet.
Entschuldigung das ich hier so viel frage aber ich krieg das irgend wie nicht zu laufen.

ok, nach der Installation von Flodder die Box jetzt neu starten, dann wird das Image aus dem Flash auf den USB Stick kopiert. Dauert etwas ....

Dreambox neu gestartet, aber wenn ich in Telnet df -h eingebe sieht aus das floder nicht richtig installiert ist. USB stick ist 4GB Groß und flasch ist immer noch mit 98% belastet.

du solltest auch nicht Floddern wenn der Flash schon zugeballert ist, DANN ist es zu spät.

flashe mal das gleiche Image nochmal, lasse hinterher aber das opkg update weg, und installiere nur Flodder. Erst wenn richtig gefloddert wurde, Einstellungen vornehmen und ein Update machen ...

Habe image neu geflasht okg update weg gelassen. Ich habe versucht mit ext4 und ext3 formatierung kriege immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Kann sein das Image zu gross ist? Ich habe schon alle sprachen deinstalliert.

War dein Stick nicht schon nach Anleitung zum floddern vorbereitet?
Eine Fehlermeldung habe ich jetzt nicht sehen können. -

Nein weil er sie squashfs Mounts immer noch hat....dabei passt die Flodder Doku auf eine Briefmarke

Das wird ihm nicht so wichtig gewesen sein, mehr root Platz war ihm wohl erstmal wichtiger .

Schon aber die fressen immer noch unnötig memory, Platz ist nicht alles.
