Newnigma and 7020?

Is there a technical reason that newnigma image won't come up for 7020?Receiver's Processor or something like that?
Or its just a teams decision for not developing an image for that receiver?
I am newbie so sorry if you have already mentioned it.

Its because Newnigma2 team only make enigma2 images the 7020 is enigma1.

DM7020 uses some old Kernel...

There's no way to run enigma2...

500+ and 600 have new kernel but 7020 not.On the contrary i think a public beta Enigma2 released for 7020.I am quite sure,it was enigma2 not enigma1.

There is no >2.6.9 Kernel on 7020 available, what would be needed for Enigma2 on 7020....

Enigma2 on 7020 makes no sense, because of the to old DVB-Api for PPC boxes....

There would be a lack of too much functions which Enigma1 can provide...

Enigma2 for DM500+/600 is just offered for waf (wife acceptance factor)

Without a port of gstreamerfor the old DVB-Api V1, there is no real use of that...
