    • Unicable Configuration Problem on DM920

      Hi.
      I am not able to configure in my Dreambox DM920 (newnigma2) a simple Unicable connection as shown on the attached Picture.
      Please help - please show/write how the tuner configuration should look like (the DM920 is equipped with one FBC S2X Multistream Tuner).

      Config:
      2x Quattro LNB (Hotbird + Astra)
      2x GT-SAT Multiswitch - both are a GT-dMS4T Unicable II 4x16UB programmed both with those parameters:
      1 1210MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      2 1420MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      3 1680MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      4 2040MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      5 978MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      6 1028MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      7 1072MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      8 1116MHz (EN50494 + EN50607)
      9 1160MHz (EN50607)
      10 1271MHz (EN50607)
      11 1315MHz (EN50607)
      12 1359MHz (EN50607)
      13 1484MHz (EN50607)
      14 1528MHz (EN50607)
      15 1572MHz (EN50607)
      16 1616MHz (EN50607)
      1x Axing SZU 55-2 Singlecable System Combiner
      1x Axing SPU 9 in 10 Multiswitch for standard STB's

      I have added to the unicable.xml this (as Unicable Matrix) and use it in the Tuner Config.:

    • So it will not work.
      The two Unicable Multiswitch need different scr‘s , so you can select in the tunerconfig the scr for Astra and Hotbird .
      ( Or the MS can programmed for LNB 1 and LNB2)

      Or you can put 2 cable on the Tuner, one from MS Astra and one from MS Hotbird.
      Then you can config tuner A1 Astra and A2 Hotbird ....
