Al Jazeera Sport channels in DM 800 HD

Hi;

I installed the image 2.8.1 and cccam but Al Jazeera channels are not clearing. I have a subscription from Al Jazeera Sport. What did I do wrong?

More info needed. What satellite, what encryption, which cam are you using? Are the other channels in the same package opening ok?

Everything is working ok in 13E, 19.2E and 28.5E. ONLY Al Jazeera Sport channels are not working even though I have a 45% signal quality and I tried my old Humax HDCI2000 and I was able to watch all Al Jazzera Sport channles +1 to +8. The encyption is Viaccess. If I recall correctly I am using CCCam2.1.3

did you add the
CAMKEY: /dev/sci0 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
command in the config file?
and did you add the frequenzy?
please post your confilg file.
