      For Everybody:
      xmltvimport plugin in the newnigma2 release doens't automaticcaly update.

      xmltvimport from rytec site works..

      Well, I hope you are right. The plugin from the Newnigma2 feed worked for me for some time (I don't know exactly how long). Unfortunately it has stopped working.

      I will give this a try. I hope this solves the problem. Thanks for the tip.

      Fixed the problem! :)

      Here is what I did:

      1) Delete the file /hdd/epg_new.dat
      2) Download the latest rytec.channels.xml and rytec.sources.xml from the rytec site (rytec.be) and overwrite the old files in /etc/epgimport.
      3) Restart Enigma2

      xmltv-import plugin works again now! :)

      I don't know exactly why this fixes the problem, but it works. Hopefully it doesn't get crazy again.
