I have had this problem with my 8000 in the past and a reflash has always fixed it.

does time come from sat or i-net?
from sattelite time at time some of transponder sends wrong time, last top score i remember viasat on 5East sent -24 min

install plugin rdate
and disable time sinhronisation from transponders(Blue->Newnigma2 services->........)
