Hi all does anyone have a problem getting the "Check for firmware updates" feature to work.

I can not get it to work on my 8000 it does not matter if i use the stable images or the unstable ones this feature does not work.

It worked once when the feature was first introduced but has not worked since, i have reflashed many times with new images both stable and unstable but still it will not work.

Right now i am on the latest unstable image and this morning again i did not get a message that new firmware is available, yet if i manually run software update it will find new updates.

I have it set to check every 3 hours and also to check at boot.

Is this a know bug or do i need to do something else to get this working?

Just an update, this seems to be working again now in the unstable images dated from 20/04/10.
Thanks to the team for fixing it.
