      Hi,I got this problem and it's driving me mad. the sound on my dreambox 800HD is playing faster than video. I have changed the disque switch to a new one, checked all conections and still the same. donet know if this is from receiver/software or LNB?any help is very much appricated.receiver has latest newnigma software

    • Hello mando, here some thoughts.

      Iif you press the yellow button during watching TV, you have the chance there to synchronize Audio with Video by pressing the blue button.


      Is the DM800 directly connected to the tv or is it connected to a AV-Receiver?

      If it is directly connected you could try do play with the settings in the normal System Menu Settings / AV-Settings of the dreambox.
      Here you can adjust the Video/Audio Settings too.

      If ithe Dream is connected to a AV-Receiver, in the menu of the AV-Receiver there is nomally also a setting for Audio/Video Sync.
