hello, my new DM7020HD cannot download all channels from Eutelsat 36 degree east. that includes the HD channels, but also some of the no HD channels as well. I have a new DVB-S2 LNB, and I know how to configure satellite setup, have done it before with a DM800. and with my old DM7000s. on 36 degree east I use a circular LNB, a new one from Inverto. what is missing in this tuner?
I also watch TV channels from 5 sat. positions, including astra. and the Nat Geo Wild HD works fine here (Sky De) among others I tried.

will there be an update soon to fix this problem?

of cource I can do that, or..would it be a good idea to post at the dreambox VIP forum, which we have access to all of us who have bought dm7020HD boxes and dm8000 boxes?

I made a reflash with the new v.3.3.1 but the box will not reboot fully. the prosess stops when the reboot has done ca. 45% of the prosess according to the prosess shown in the led display. then it stops and freez and the dispaly on the box is flashing several times. and nothing more happens. what can be the reason for this?

I also would recomend to remove the network cable, as there could be a non responsive network share, that also would prevent the box from booting.

thanks for help. I tried it but it would not help. the box starts booting, it goes to the text "starting" on TV begins. then it freezes and the display flashes a few times with boot gauge full, then stops flashing and the display goes black and the prosess stops

where is the crashlog located`/var??

is there any specific USB pen you want to recommend to being used in DM7020HD?

what can be the reason that I cannot flash the box with only the dream release 3.2 images? and not newnigma2? newnigma2 will not start up. they are loaded into the box, but the startup prceddure stops halfway through the prosess
