OScam in plugin list?

I use openpli at the moment, because they got oscam in their plugin feed. So very easy to get oscam working on their image.

My question is, does Newnigma2 has oscam in their feed? So that it is easily to use oscam?

Yes, there is an version of oscam in the feed.

Is it possible that newnigma2 also add the oscam-experimental version?

This is important, so that the most uptodate oscam can be used.
(For me it's important to use CanalDigitaal smartcard legal, and i know it works great on experimental oscam)

you can exchange the nn2 oscam in /usr/bin with your desired oscam

simple with a ftp program

Just download the latest build here:
download.oscam.to/index.php?&d…mod&directory=mips-tuxbox
Rename he downloaded oscan binary the same as it is actually in /usr/bin

Telnet to your box.
Do command :
camdctrl stop

Ftp to your box
Delete the 'old' oscam in /usr/bin
Put the new in same directory
chmod 755 the new one

Back to telnet and :
camdctrl start

This takes (if you type fast) not even 30 seconds.

Thanks for the useful feedback.

Nice to know that oscam can easily work on newnigma2.
So install oscam by newnigmafeed. Then be shure it's disabled.
Overwrite oscam with recent oscam-experimental, and then start oscam.

Great. (i prefer oscam because it has way more configuration options then other softcams, and oscam support most other softcams(like cccam&mgcamd), so then only oscam installed gives all softcam support.)
