it's my first day and my first question to you so please be patient and try to help me solving my problems with the DM800HD PVR and I will appreciate that for you, here is my first question:

I bought my Dreambox about 1 year ago but after a while when the receiver restart i got the following message on the screen " Dream Multimedia ->error" and the red light blanking, I had to restart it many times till it work, when I contact the seller he told me something which is not making since for me, he told me "may be you moved the set so the tuner or the board had been shook"!!! do you have any idea about the right reason of this problem? if yes, what should I do to solve it?

my second question is: how can I know the software version? how can I update it, knowing that I have a cccam server?

sorry for giving you more hard time, I download v 1.3.4 and 1.3.6 both of them didn't work, i used the network connection and everything ok, i check repair bad sector as you show me in the image, i pushed connect button then turn the box on but no response at all!!!! any idea?

Hi, When I had the DM500 I could use the PIP option, I remember that I downloaded plugin for this function, can I find software to use the PIP with the DM800HD? Please advice, thanks
