Newnigma 4.0

    • ooook ... "cccam works"
      but ... the same my own cccam.cfg in old newnigma2 (mayby half a year old) works, in new OpenPLi works, in new DeamElite works, in new OpenAAF works .... in new snapshot Newnigma2 not works ... :)

    • 1 - install image, configuration - all is OK
      2 - network works - OK
      3 - CCcam is installed newnigma2 default (but I "start" CCcam one more time)
      4 - I put in original etc/CCcam.cfg my own "line" (that "line" works in all other images)
      5 - again restart cam, restart image, restart enigma ....

      CCcam doesnt work - darkness ...

      EDIT: sorry, i don't know why it doesn't work...perhaps a cccam log can help...

    • I install new unstable one more time ... but first of all I clean all backups from HDD and pendrive (from all previous images) - noooow is OK :superman:

      Are you planning mayby "lean" version for old 800HD ? :blumen:

      Please change ugly default's skins .... :denk:

      Has anyone got a problem with Newcams 1.35a sharing + the newest Newnigma2 4.0.1??

      I had no problems with v.3.3.2 but since 4.0.1 appears I have no channels, I guess there is OK connection with server, but I cannnot see channels.

      network, all installation ext looks OK, free channels OK,

      I have a problem with log-files, cannot create...

      any idea?

      I use: DM 800 SE HD, Newcams 1.35a (1.38 not working as well) nc+ package.

      Please advise

      I had the same problem, until I read what is said few post earlier. You have to manually change in mg_cfg file the line for box type to 06:

      # box type
      # 00 autodetect, change only if you think wrong type detected.
      # 01 dbox2
      # 02 dreambox
      # 03 triple-dragon
      # 04 relook
      # 05 openbox
      # 06 dreambox/mips
      # 08 stapi/kathrein
      # 09 stapi/ipbox
      # 11 stapi/openbox
      B: { 06 }

      I have this problem...when I install enigma Images on my DB 8000HD original even with the latest Image (4.1) I only can make use of the Default skin otherwise if I
      use any other skin.....the changing of channels from one to another will be slow....and the cogwheel will appear briefly on screen....it looks like that the Dreambox will become slow.....otherwise everything else is ok.

      Any suggestions what could be the reason.

      Could some body manage to receive (import) EPGs for the UK Chanels (BSky on Astra 2 -28,2E)
      with the Image Newnigma 2 v.4.0.2?
      Any Idea?

    • Just installed the new 4.0.2 VERY nice :D

      And I kinda like the new auto shutdown, after 1-5 hours.. BUT could you change the setting, so you can choose between shutting down and standby? :)

      I NEVER shutdown my boxes, cause then I can't access them through my smartphone. Allways use standby (yes, know it uses more power/watt)

      You can use CrossEPG, working fine on UK Chanel BSky 28,2E, and many other.
