When the unit starts to record, it issues a nessage:
"A record has been started"
It should of course be:
"A recording has been started"
An English speaker would not confuse "record" and "recording" so I suspect the nessage was written in hast by a developer.
I have two suggestions:
(1) Have your nessages and documentation checked my a professional
(2) Correct the message to "recording"
For your information, In German:
A record is "ein Satz"
A recording is "eine Aufnahme"
I hope you find this useful
