      Does anybody know what this error in VLC is?
      Unable to open 'http://192.168.1.36:8001/1:0:1:FAB:451:35:C00000:0:0:0:'

      When i stream a reccored movie it play, but when i want to stream a tv program i have the error.

      Yep,

      you have a password on your Web IF, I assume
      There is a simple solution for that:

      Add an additional interface 127.0.0.1 with no authorization set,
      that should do it.
