    • I'm completely with you on the same page. Having a powerfull device with a bug causing troubles and dissatisfaction isn't that nice. We all keeping fingers crossed that Dream Multimedia will further support and develop the DreamOS.

      I need Dreambox Edit to edit a given radio channel, add an audio pid=720, without NOT PCR=8191, select 2 options, always select pids from the window and do not update the sender parameters, then send it back to the decoder and then FTA these radio stations play.

      However, these coded radio stations RMF FM, Jedynka-PR, Trójka-PR, after performing these activities, only play until the entire decoder is restarted or the GUI is restarted.

    • Diese Radiosender funktionieren bei mir nicht und es gibt kein Update, es gibt keinen Ton. Love Nature 4K sucht auch nicht korrekt, sondern nur im DATA-Ordner. National Geographic Audio AC3 pl wegen Werbung defekt.

    • @EnoSat, Now I scanned recently and it detected Love Nature 4K correctly and it's ok.The worse thing is with these radio stations, they don't play automatically after scanning, even the FTA ones.And after entering the PID AUDIO, without PID PCR, they only play, but after restarting the coded ones don't play again.And also the AC3 audio on National Geographic, something is wrong there, it howls too loud for commercials and too quiet for broadcasts.

      Where are these entries in newnigma2 and how is it supposed to play correctly and with audio?

      And they sell such things to people and provide guarantees, but there are no good corrections!

      It scans wrong, then saves it incorrectly to the file lamedb and doesn't play and has no audio. Such a closed source.

      OE2.0 based images are not closed source ... Newnigma is using Dream Property DreamOS 2.2 (already EOL), 2.5 and 2.6. The role of Newnigma is to advance the features available with additional Plugins etc but not to re-engineer the Core OS. They simply can't because of closed source and dissasembling would be violation of common agreement.

      Did you ever had chance to test with clean unmanipulated original Dream Property image you can load from dreamboxupdate.com ? This would help to identify if the issue comes with the Core OS or with a additional plugin implemented by Newnigma. Unfortunalety I don't have a One nor a Two box to test.

      BTW:
      I never heard issues from other satellite broadcasters. So only Polish 13E and a few french ones at 5W having troubles. That fact doesnt convince me there is major trouble with DreamOS.

      I checked on stable image 2.6, it doesn't work there either, there is silence and there is no audio for these radio stations.

      Open ATV, Open Pli, Open BH, Open Vision, Pur-E2, Egami is voice scanned and plays immediately.
      Merlin3, Dream Elite 7, Gemini 4, Peter Pan, Satlodge not works, not audio.

      I checked, it doesn't work on Dreambox OS 2.6, these radio stations do the same on DM One and Two and after scanning automatically. You need to enter PID AUDIO without PCR, then it works, but the radio stations are coded only to restart the decoder.On another image it works immediately after scanning on this one, but newnigma2 OE 2.6 does not. Similarly, on newnigma2 2.0 it also works after scanning, but on newnigma2 2.6 it doesn't!
      And here there are no closed sources, it's a game after entering PID AUDIO without PCR, it doesn't play immediately after scanning. And it's a matter of a given image whether it supports it well, not something else and the entire system. Newnigma2 OE 2.0 also did not support it properly at the beginning and there was silence, then a correction and update was released and now it supports these radio stations correctly. And for OE 2.6 there is no patch and it is not supported, you have to enter the PIDs manually, because after scanning there is nothing and silence, not audio.

      These radio stations play on PID AUDIO, without PCR, but why do the encoded ones not want to play after restarting the decoder with the given settings? That's the problem. Just like after scanning, they should play automatically, but they don't play at all, there's silence and you have to enter the PID to make it play... until the decoder is restarted!

      This doesn't work because the radio may be made differently in these versions of DM One, Two and without the radio button on the remote control, they made it so that half of these radio stations don't play at all........

      Because in the older versions of Dreambox 800, 7020, 8000, end... the radio was made differently, and now they messed it up with the new ones and it's apparently wrong because it doesn't play at all after scanning!

      Most radio stations do not play for me on DM One, Two after scanning
      from satellites Hotbird 13e, Astra 19,2e., not to mention the encoded ones, but only FTA ones.
      And you have to enter the PID......AUDIO, PCR, PMT..........
      to start and play something to restart the decoder.

      They should do this Radio together with TV stations as in openatv and together, and not mix it separately, especially since there is no button on the radio remote control, and they still do it separately, this Radio and it still doesn't work properly, because after scanning silence and no AUDIO.

      There might be a slight chance the issue (if it's really a bug - no confirmed yet) came later with one of its updates. Unfortunalety there is no further full image release available at dreamboxupdate.com/opendreambo…images/dreamone/index.php ... Did you check immidiately after the image was flashed without running OS update?

      Once you install the flashimage from dreamboxupdate it will receive after the flash minor update packages from feed changing the image. I'd like to get your confirmation if you were able to run the test before the update manager installed further upgrades.

      YES----- the problem has been with this since the first version of OS 2.6

      But if these radio stations play only on PID AUDIO, without PID PCR, they probably do not play from the beginning and Dreambox OS 2.6 will be created. And it is also the sender's fault that he broadcasts it this way.And with this PID PCR 8191. Which you can see, OS 2.6 does not read correctly.
