      Hi All,
      Just bought home last week the dm 8000 and tried with the original image from curiosity.
      The picture was nice but I knew the card will not work.
      Tried Gemini the picture was very bad not clear (with HD TV).
      After tried your program and it works also now.

      How can I save the setup in the case I have make a new installation.
      Somebody can contact me private send the right instructions?

      At the moment we are on Newnigma v2.8 images.

      Use configsaver in your Newnigma image to save& restore your configuration:

      blue-newnigma2 services-system tools.

      But, first you have to install a Newnigma image to be able to save any configs ;)

      We do not offer private help, public help is available and thats what you are receiving now :)

      The image itself does not have anything to do with your card, the emu you are using has to be configured to the card(s) you are using. CCcam is the default emu in Newnigma.
      lots of other emus available on the Newnigma emu downloads too.

      Lots of info here about the subject, please read through this forum and other sites as well.

      You have lots to learn but, with a bit of partience and time, you will master & love your Dreambox.

      I have already NewNigma 2.7. (I thought I have last version but that is not a problem)
      The question is: on what can safe the setup. The system see the USB stick but when I try to save it not recognize no device to save the setup.

    • the problem solved....
      The USB stick (that came with the Dreambox) formatted for Linux.
      Now saved all and will save the plugins also and will install the newes Newnigma 2.8
