2SUB 3.00.11 for automatic subtitles (DM800/DM7025/DM8000)

Installed and working nicely here.

2SUB 3.00.08
- DVB subs are completely swept away when it works very well in today's E2.
- Support (finally works again) for playback ... with recdelay.
- Support for time shifting (using recdelay too).

3.00.10
Works fine to rewind the DM7025 now

3.00.11
- Exactly the same python file 3.00.08 (2SUB.pyc)
It was this that trouble ... had made a lot of debug crap here ...
- Replaced version number in the GUI / binary
- Try to fix the "hanging during installation" in IPK
