I have problem with green screen almost every 5 minutes after I upgraded the DM800 via blue button. I have sent crash log many times, but from here I have no idea what to do.
Is the only way out of this to flash install the image once again?

it's a dream-multimedia bug - the python interpreter is crashed

send the crashlog to dream-multimedia

Yes I have done that. But what happens then?
Will Dream-multimedia answer to me with solution or will it be a new plugin to download sooner or later? Like it is now it is no good TV experience.......

Save your configurations with configurationsaver and reflash your image.
Takes about 15 minutes from start to finish.

And wait patiently for a possible DMM fix in the future.

I have done this today. It works again. Had one hang of the system with the gear wheels working all the time. Had to power down and on.
For 15 minutes the system has been working now. Thanks.
