Hello Guys,
I hope I'm in the right place for this question.

I just upgraded to 3.0.1 but now the DM500HD crashes all the time I can not record anymore and can not install or remove skins, I would like to go back to a previous version but when I try to downgrade via NAS, cant do it.

Any thoughts????

Thanks, I've been trying to erase some things(skins and plugins) but it does not let me, it hangs there for a long time and then crashes, have you any idea what can I do without loosing all important information??
