Recording problem from EPG added timer

    • Recording problem from EPG added timer

      Hi All,
      Before installed a new satellite I recorded video from EPG added timer.
      After installed new satellite go to blue button >> EPG >> and add a program.
      The program not add to the timer and get a message "Channel not in services"
      Made restart but nothing help.
      What can be the problem???

      I wait patently any answer but now I writing here to tell the situation.

      I received from satellite A stations and recorded well. Turn the antenna to satellite B, changed the tuner, made scanning also try to record; No way for it.
      turned back the antenna to satellite A can record again well.
      Like to know what is the different I have in satellite B that can not record.
