After Update to Firmware 3.1 and set bouquets back with DBedit 3 some channels are N/A listed

    • After Update to Firmware 3.1 and set bouquets back with DBedit 3 some channels are N/A listed

      Hello,

I have upgraded my DM8000 to ver 3.1.
After the update i have set my Bouquet back with dreamboxedit 3.0.
When i go to my Bouquet a lot of channels have no name anymore there is N/A instead of the channel name. When i select the N/A channel the right channel is coming up . It is only the name in the list that is not right.
What can i do to resolve this ?

      Thanks

      Didier
    • Make a new channel search and after that your problem should be automatic fixed.

    • Hello,

      Thanks for answering.
I have already done this before, i did a automatic channel search without deleting all off the channels before search.
This was not helping so i have done automatic search again with the option delete all channels before search set to YES. This is also not solving the problem .
A lot of channeld in my Bouquet are N/A.

is it possible that not all the channels-Transponders are found by the autosearch.
before 3.1 i didnt had this problem.

Dont know where to look for.

if possible please advise on this.
      thanks.

    • for which sat positions?
some of positions has been changed like "160" to "158" or "50" to "48"
N/A in the bouquets you see for that services which havent equal values now(in bouquets registred in hexadecimal)

      orbital position must pass in
      /etc/tuxbox/sattelites.xml
      /etc/enigma2/settings
      /etc/enigma2/lamedb
      /etc/enigma2/userbouquet.***

you can also edit your current bouquets,
seventh value of service reference contain orbital position, example:
      1:0:1:13F3:7EA:2:11A0000:0:0:0:
11A in hex is same as 282 in decimal what means 28.2(Astra2)

after save edited bouquets kill enigma2
      init 4
      init 3
      dm7080sstt; 2x dm8000sstt; dm7020s <- Diseq1x4 <- 3x Diseq1x10 <-

      1.0m 10/9E;5E;1W;8W
      1.0m 15W;22W;30W

    • Hello,

I have this on the ASTRA SAT 19.2 and 23.5

It was ok until i changed the firmware to 3.1 before there was 3.02

I have now updates satelites.xml, i have selected on the website the sattelites for europe and the downloade file is now in tuxbox

This is not solving the problem.

I have done a factory default reset on the DM8000 , searched for all channels and have recreated the bouquet . Now the problem is gone.

Dont know what was the problem.

      thanks

      best regards

      Didier
