DM800HD and Ver 3.1.3 crashes one time pr day

    • DM800HD and Ver 3.1.3 crashes one time pr day

      Happy New Year to all.

      I updated to 3.1.3 online with no errors. All seems to work but the box crashes when zapping about one time pr day. And I have lost 2 channels I was using before. TV5 and TV2 Zebra.
      I have searched for new channel list but still the TV5 and TV2 Zebra do not work.

      Enclosed is one crash log if anyone can look into it for me.

      I will reflash the box today. But I cannot find the image file for ver 3.1.3. Does it mean I need installing the image ver. 3.1.2 first and then online update to 3.1.3 again?

      Please tell me if here can be found the complete image v, 3.1.3

    • There is no complete 3.1.3 image this time. As you already wrote, you need to flash a 3.1.2 and update to 3.1.3. ;)

      Eventually I had time today to do a reinstallation. All went well and it works now. But it is just installed and if there are still problems I will report here.

      Today I got green screen again. I was trying to open the Graphical Multi EPG screen and then it crashed.
