Today i did mod my DM500HD to enable the USB port.
Tryed some USB memory sticks and everything works nicely.

Now i have also a Technisat airstar telestick 2 (Dvb-t, sould be a DIB0700 chipset)
However i can't get it to work.

I installed usbtunerdpanel_0.2, but stick is not recognized, i tryed to install the drivers with the V4L-module in de software manager, but still noting....
Also installed opkg install extuner....

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

If USB works, try this...there is same Chip inside, but it will only work if same USB IDs...

Thank you, will give it a try to install all those packages like described in the other thread.
But hope there will be an easyr way to install the dvb-t stick in future releases...

I give up...
Been trying to get the damn thing working whole evening, try'd all the suggestions in the other usb tuner topics.
Installed all drivers still noting... only thing that does work is "usbtuner" that has made a file in the tmp/ dir. (usbtunerd.log)

Can anyone of the newnigma2 team at least confirm if those drivers should work on a 500hd, or are those exclusively for the 800hd.?
