i have a dreambox hd800se
I install newnigma2-unstable-dm800se-03_08_2013.nfi
but my internal memory has no space to add mediaportal and cccam info and subbtitile plugin what to do

Either you use the lean version of the image or you uninstall plugins you don't need.
There's a list of things you can uninstall without damaging the image: Feedback/Bugs in unstable images DM8000/DM7020HD/DM800se/DM800/DM500HD OE2.0

yes, e.g. with Flodders, but better with USB-Stick because of permanently running hdd...
