how to set TV with DreamBox One UHD

hi. how can I set dreambox one uhd remote control to work with TV?
The german instruction says we shoul press OK+HELP for 3 second until mode button turns to green and then we should add a four-digit code to set your TV with dreambox but it does not!!!
my TV is Samsung 55" QLED Q7F

The manual for RC20 says press Mode and Help key for 3 seconds: Anleitung zum Newnigma2 Image (OE2.5 basiert und neuer)

You probably looked at a manual which had the wrong key. It was corrected a while ago.
