      Hallo zusammen,

      ich habe Probleme mit dem Fritcall Plugin.
      Meine Fritzbox hat die neuester Version 7.21 und die Dreambox 920 ist ebenfalls aktuell.
      Leider funktioniert das Plugin nicht mehr. Das Telefonbuch und Anruferliste kann nicht ausgelesen werden.
      Habe auf https umgeschaltet, aber es funktioniert nicht. Kann jemand helfen?
      Fritzcall hab ich auch auf Revision 1565 2021-01-25 aktualisiert.

      vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Ich habe das geändert und die Box neu gestartet. Das funktioniert leider auch nicht :(

    • Versuch doch nochmal über ein an der Fritz angeschlossenes DECT-Telefon #96*5* zu wählen. Ist in der Fritz unter Heimnetzt/Netzwerk/Nerkwerkeinstellungen der Haken im Abschnitt Heimnetzfreigaben bei "Zugriff für Anwendungen zulassen" gesetzt? Versuch nochmal, dich mit den im Fritzcall-Plugin eingetragenen Anmeldedaten unter Einstellungen auf der Fritz anzumelden, eventuell stimmt da ja was nicht.

    • Hallo habe alles probiert. Hatte vorher alles funktioniert.
      Also #95*5* noch mal gesetzt.
      In den Fritzcall Einstelllungen den Benutzernamen und Kennwort aus der Fritzbox eingetragen.
      Unter "Verwende HTTPS, um...." wird immer nach Neustart deaktiviert :(

      Leider funktioniert es nicht.

    • Auf meiner dm920 läuft das mit den vorgenannten Konfigurationseinstellungen beim login problemlos mit der Rev. 1553 vom 28.04.2019. Diese Version wird auch immer noch im IHAD als Version zum download z.B. für die 920er angeboten. Vielleicht versuchst du es mal in dieser Kombination.
      Habe hier die Fritzbox 7590 mit der zur Zeit aktuellen Betasoftware vom 29.01.2021 laufen.

    • Fritzcall Probleme

      Bei meinen Boxen läuft es mit dem genannten Login ohne Probleme. Auf der 920 UHD ist die Rev. 1565 vom 25.01.2021 aufgespielt. Auf der 7590 läuft Fritz 07.24-85841 Beta

      ich habe mich heute noch mal dem Problem angenommen und gelöst :)

      Also in meiner Fritzbox 7580 war alles richtig eingestellt und ich konnte nicht mit Fritzcall zugreifen.
      Benutzer und Kennwort hatte ich auch noch einmal gesetzt. Fehler blieb.

      Habe dann heute in der Fritzbox unter Heimnetz/Netzwerk/Netzwerkeinstellungen die Heimnetzfreigabe deaktiviert und die Box wollte einen Neustart.
      Danach habe ich es in der Heimnetzfreigabe wieder eingeschalten und noch einmal gestartet. Danach funktionierte es wieder.
      Ein Test kann mit der URL gemacht werden.

      bei mir läuft es jetzt auch wieder. Aber es braucht schon so 5 sec., bis die Nr. angezeigt wird. Ich hab aber beschlossen, das jetzt erstmal so zu lassen, bis viellt. UM es mal schafft, die Firmware der Fritz 6591 von 7.13 auf eine 7.xx upzugraden. Hab keine Lust, dann wieder anzufangen.

      Aber das mit der Test-URL hab ich nicht verstanden. Was sollte ich denn sehen, wenn ich die aufrufe?

    • Hallo,

      ich habe das Phänomen an meiner DM900, dass bei einem Anruf die Nummer angezeigt wird, aber nicht der dazugehörige Name aus dem FritzBox Telefonbuch.
      Wenn ich allerdings an der Dreambox die Fritzcall-Anrufliste aufrufe, stehen dort alle Anrufe mit dem zugeordneten Namen.
      Das heißt, das Plugin kann auf das Telefonbuch zugreifen und ordnet die Anrufe auch sauber zu. Nur während des Anrufes wird die Zuordnung noch nicht angezeigt.
      Kennt jemand das Problem, bzw. die Lösung?
