DM800: Newnigma2 v2.8.4

    • Geht bei euch bei irgend wen die zdf mediathek, oder ORF iptv bei zdf kann ich nur bei Startseite Tipps rauf und runter scrollen, weil wenn ich auch Menü gehe bzw, auf der FB auf Menü drücke tut sich nichts, und bei ORF kommt Fehler beim verbindungs- versuch abgebrochen. Beim Porn plugin wird geladen dann kommt nur Ton und pixl Bild.

      Online updating -> already running for 14 HOURS !!!!! wtf !!!

      I have multiple dm800's one updated quite fast, about 15 minutes, all downloaded all done ... but one is still busy after 14 HOURS ??? altough internet connection is fine, ethernet port is fine as i can upload with FTP to box at 1.6Mb/second ... i have 24Mbit/3Mbit line and it ain't the connection being slow .... so what could be wrong that this box is taking this long ?????????

      Any ideas ? Suggestions ?

    • yeah looks like it, something is fishy on this box .. :(

      this all started once when the online updater gave me a green crash, restarted this box, and since then the online updates are slow ... think somewhere some file sticks on the usb flashdrive maybe fucking things up ? ...

      the swap file maybe ?

    • by looking closer on what s really happening I found out the downloads are quite fast, but the package jumping to the next one is what takes ages .

      So it jumps to the next one, it wait's about 10 minutes, then starts downloading, very fast done, and then just sits there for about 10 minutes to go to the next package ?? so each package has a 20 minute doing absolutely nothing ?!

      Are these some IPKG settings config file ??? coz this is ridiculous.

      ich habe von 2.6.x auf die aktuelle gewechselt, nun bekomme ich meinen 16GB stick der fat formatiert ist und als hdd bisher prima lief nicht bei der 2.8.4 zum laufen. habe versucht über den devicemanager bzw. expertmenü/hdd verlinken Verlinken zu/ zum slot oder zu hdd. ohne erfolg
      schön, es wird mal was geändert aber es sollte doch nicht schlechter werden, darum bin ich auch vom gemini weg.
      kann mir bitte mal wer helfen? ....bin auch nicht der dauerndupdater

      Meinen sie mit web-if ?
      Oder mit ftp ?

      2.Im Database gibt dies 2.8.3 und 2.8.4

      ich muß so wieso neu flashen,soll ich direkt mit web-if 2.8.4 flashen ?

      wenn du den ganz normalen Flashvorgang meinst, dann ja

    • 2.8.4 LCD problem!

      I have a problem with LCD display in the 2.8.4 firmware. The display show only line bar in bottom without names and nothing shown when standby mode. I executed default reset , and the problem stay exist. I tried to flash the firmware 3 times - same result. I don't have the problem in 2.8.3 version.
      Anybody have the problem ?
